Tell us about your recent experiences of flooding in Darley Dale
Darley Dale Town Council is surveying residents to pinpoint where, how often and how badly flooding has hit in recent years. The results of the survey may help the Town Council’s response to the Local Plan review.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT: The Local Plan, which sets out how many homes can be built and where, is currently being reviewed. With new national housing targets, Darley Dale is likely to be required to deliver more homes than in the existing plan. Flood risk can be influential in objecting to applications for new developments.
