Join us for this year’s Gig in the Park on Sunday 30th August, featuring some of the finest local talent performing throughout the afternoon and evening.
Expect a fantastic atmosphere and an amazing line‑up of live music. Food trucks and a bar will be open in the Park, perfect for relaxing with friends and family. On the upper lawn, children can enjoy subsidised bouncy castles and free festival face painting.
The Whitworth staff will also be there promoting upcoming events and selling fun festival extras including festival sunglasses, friendship bands, lucky dips and cans of pop. The Terrace Café will also be open until 4pm.
Kelly from Peaky Liners will be compering throughout the day — and she’ll also be leading a fun line‑dancing session for everyone to join in. Yeeeeeeahhhh, get those boots ready!
